Jelena Jelena (NL) started singing at age 7. She playbacked with her fathers Beatles records and started her first band with kids from the neighbourhood at age 10. A couple of years later she started taking music lessons and writing her own songs. It all became serious in 2005 when she met producer Renee Lopez and Leo Scheffers. Soon they started recording their first demo's. Since then, the group has constantly been working together and as a result, in 2008 they released the record 'Silhouettes'.
